Delivery Terms

Time: in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; made-to-order items add the production time stated on the product page. Domestic transit is usually 1–3 business days.

Fee: shown at checkout; orders above the stated threshold ship free.

Tracking: a tracking number is emailed when the order ships; you can also use the Track Order page.

Region: we currently ship within Turkey only.

Damaged parcel: have the courier record the damage and contact us before accepting.
