Returns and Exchanges

14-day returns: you may return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. It must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

How: write to info@ayahfashion.com or WhatsApp with your order number, ship the item to the address we provide (return shipping is paid by the customer). Once received and checked, the refund is issued to your payment method within 14 days.

Size exchange: free exchange for another size of the same product (shipping paid by the customer); if unavailable, a refund is issued.

Not eligible: made-to-order items (stated on the product page); used, washed, untagged or damaged items.

Faulty or wrong items: we cover the shipping; contact us within 14 days of delivery.
