KVKK Privacy Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is AYAH ("AYAH").

Data processed: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address; order, payment status, return and pre-order records; IP address, session and cookie records; with your consent, analytics and marketing cookie data. Card details are never processed by AYAH.

Purposes and legal bases: performance of the contract (orders, delivery, returns); legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, consumer law); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); marketing cookies and commercial messages only with explicit consent.

Transfers: carriers, the payment institution, email delivery, hosting and database providers, and public authorities where legally required. Hosting and database services are located abroad (EU/US); transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

Retention: for as long as required by the purpose and statutory periods (10 years for commercial and invoice records).

Your rights: under Article 11 of KVKK you may request information, correction, deletion, and object to processing by writing to info@ayahfashion.com or [ŞİRKET ADRESİ]. Requests are answered within 30 days.
