Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: AYAH, [ŞİRKET ADRESİ]. Email: info@ayahfashion.com Buyer: The consumer whose details are provided in the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer on ayahfashion.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product, price and payment

The product, quantity, size, colour and VAT-inclusive price are stated in the order summary and confirmation email. Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is made by card via the payment institution or by bank transfer; unpaid transfers are cancelled after 2 business days.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided within 30 days at the latest; the target dispatch time is 1–3 business days, plus the production time stated on the page for made-to-order items.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by writing to info@ayahfashion.com. Products must be returned unused and unwashed with tags and packaging intact within 10 days; return shipping is paid by the Buyer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Made-to-order products prepared to the consumer's personal specifications are exempt from withdrawal.

6. Size exchange

A free size exchange may be requested within 14 days; if the size is out of stock a refund is issued. Exchange shipping is paid by the Buyer.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
